EXCELLENT – Relaxing, empowering and definitely so pleased that we chose to do it. My feelings about the birth have undergone a complete turn around, and we’ll be able to use the techniques in other situations too. More people should be made aware of HypnoBirthing!
My waters broke at 2 a.m. and my surges started immediately. I was fully dilated in 5 hours. HypnoBirthing really, really worked. I was just aware that everything was going on but not concerned by it. Really, really, amazing. I felt very calm. Everything was very manageable. It really did make a difference. Recovery for me and for him was very quick, and I used the techniques after the birth as well.
