About Me
Hi I offer a wide variety of services from Conception to birthing and beyond. I work as a Complementary therapist and Hypnotherapist at the Rosemount Centre in Aberdeen where I also hold my Hypnobirthing classes.
I am currently undergoing Doula training and Placenta Encapsulation. My own deliveries were very much in the clinical style 30 years ago even though I wanted a more holistic approach so Hypnobirthing is very much close to my heart.
I want mothers to feel in control of their deliveries and to have the best birth experience possible.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
I originally trained in the Marie Mongon style in 2010 then again with KG Hypnobirthing as it is more UK based and I wanted to further my knowledge. I also prefer the flexibility that we have as Hypnobirthing Practitioners and the support given by Katherine and the Organisation as a whole.

Courses
My classes are run over 2 Saturdays a week apart from 10am till 5pm at the Rosemount Centre in Aberdeen. This allows you time to practise the techniques and digest all that you have learnt that day.
I feel that it is also more convenient as far as childcare and work is concerned for most couples and solo parents who may have other children.Fees are paid in advance - £300
Dates are available on my website. It may be possible to come to your home for one-to-one classes too so please discuss this with me if preferred.
