I just wanted to say another thank you for your fantastic tutulage. I spent last night and this morning with my first hypnobirthing couple while they gave birth. They had only done the training two weeks ago and were fantastic. They managed the whole birth naturally and their little boy was born at 10.20am.

The course was so thorough and gave me so much confidence in my abilities to pass on the knowledge. The parents were confident in me and their abilities, so thank you!

Just a note to thank you so much for the fantastic two days of hypnobirthing training.  As a hypnotherapist, I've been on quite a lot of different hypnosis based courses and I have to say that yours has been my favourite.  Your relaxed inclusive style really encouraged everyone in the group to share their very different experiences and perspectives on birth.  The lovely feeling of harmony and respect between us all was a living example of the attitudes you are bringing to childbirth.

Since my last e-mail to you, things have been going really well.

I consider myself a curious person who likes to explore new things. My main interests are ways of self-improvement & self-development. I'm also very keen on discovering secrets of conscious & subconscious mind. So this time I challenged myself to find out about Hypnobirthing. I took a Hypnobirthing course with Mrs. Katharine Graves May 5th-May 8th, 2011 and trained as hypnotherapy teacher/ practitioner. I really didn't have any idea what to expect, so if you are curious too, let's begin:

Lots of practical information how to teach hypnobirthing with anecdotal stories and testimonials.  -  Laura

Wonderful scripts for relaxation.  So much helpful information to take away.  Excellent format.  -  Veronica

I really liked Katharine's approach  -  Stella

The pace was fast but relevant - the fact that there were 'crib sheets' to show running order meant that, when I went home, I was able to consolidate information easily.  Can't wait to start!!!  -  Nancy
