I am really looking forward to getting to know you and guiding you through this journey into motherhood. As a mother of 4 myself, I understand how each birth is a new and hopeful gift with its own unique process but hopefully with the same outcome: A beautiful, peaceful and healthy birth.

I have been a practising Doula in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, US for close to 5 years now and I’m excited to be adding KGH Hypnobirth instructing to my offerings. I also offer postpartum doula, KT tape and wrapping services. I have a natural holistic approach and can offer advice and guidance on choosing healthy options during both your pregnancy and birth.

I love adventure + travel, spaghetti, hiking, kayaking, swimming, gardening, good movies, ice cream, and watching my children discover and learn through our homeschool journey. I also have a *slight* book addiction and am an avid researcher and improver. When I’ve got a case of the grumps or I’m feeling all the things music, art and dancing bring me to life. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of the mind. I also believe wholeheartedly in a creator who fearfully and wonderfully formed each life in the womb of it’s mother. Life is an absolute miracle. It is an honor to be a part of families in their most sacred hour.
