Fiona Dite – BirthHow

I ‘m a mum of three (ages 7, 6&6) who juggles daily life with running classes across the area. I’ve been involved in antenatal education and breastfeeding support for many years, as well as running postnatal support groups for mums for new mums and mums of multiples both in the UK and overseas so I bring a wide variety of experience to my classes at BirthHow. I am a fully accredited FEDANT antenatal teacher and KG Hypnobirthing teacher and have spent the last few years delivering antenatal and postnatal classes for The Daisy Foundation before becoming independent. I now run a variety of antenatal classes and workshops as well as hypnobirthing and baby massage on both a private and group basis.

I am also the Chair of Buckinghamshire Maternity Voices and am a representative for Oxfordshire Maternity Voices. This involves working with the NHS in both trusts to feed back experiences of NHS maternity services across the area and help to improve and develop maternity care where possible.

I am also a lay examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynacologists and have recently started studying Bsc Biology on a part time basis.

Outside of the birth world you can catch me messing about on the river, chasing after my children, cooking or occasionally in the pub for a well earned drink with my husband!
