Hi! I am Samantha Phillis and I am passionate about offering KGH hypnobirthing as part of a whole package of support i offer as a therapist and midwife.

I am Welsh and very proud of my Welsh roots but have lived in Stockport, England for nearly 20 years.

I am married to an Englishman and have 3 sons and 2 dogs! I am the co-founder and current President of a local Women’s Institute. I am a tap dancer too!

I completed a Psychology degree at the University of Wales, Swansea in 1997, a PG Diploma in Counselling from the University of Chester in 2003 and a Midwifery Degree from the University of Manchester in 2018. I completed Rewind for Birth Trauma in 2019 and KGH Hypnobirthing training in 2022.

I feel strongly that maternity services need to offer trauma-informed, compassionate care and focus my professional practice as a midwife around raising awareness of trauma-informed care. KGH Hypnobirthing really fits my ethos of ensuring parents to be feel informed, empowered and confident when entering birth and early parenthood.

Face to Face

£150 per couple

Groups of no more than 6 couples participating in 2 x 6 hour sessions over one full weekend.

Price includes the KG Hypnobirthing book, KG Parenting manual, custom-made candle, customised bag, colouring book & customised colouring pencils, downloadable scripts and snacks provided on the day. You will also have access to ongoing personal support from me throughout your pregnancy and up to 28 days postnatal

Online Sessions

£110 per couple

Online sessions delivered over 4 consecutive Monday evenings of 3 hours per session (6-9pm).

Price includes the KG Hypnobirthing book, KG Parenting manual, custom-made candle and downloadable scripts. You will also have access to ongoing personal support from me throughout your pregnancy and up to 28 days postnatal

Individual Face to Face Sessions

£200 per couple

For couples who would prefer a personalised experience this package includes training to meet your individual needs, KG Hypnobirthing book, KG Parenting manual, custom-made candle, customised bag, colouring book & customised colouring pencils and downloadable scripts. You will also have access to ongoing personal support from me throughout your pregnancy and up to 28 days postnatal
