Hi I’m Maria. I’m an experienced hypnobirthing teacher based in Bournemouth. I can cover Dorset with face to face lessons or further afield via Zoom or FaceTime. I have worked with expectant couples as far away as Sweden so distance is no barrier. I specialise in working one to one so that I can really attend to individual needs and specific concerns. I am a trained hypnotherapist and counsellor and have extensive experience in working with anxiety.
