I am a trained hypnobirthing teacher and also a Psychological well-being practitioner who has worked in the NHS. I have a background in utilising CBT techniques to overcome anxiety and depression. I also have a degree in Psychology with Honours. I believe I can empower you to be confident and even excited giving birth. The most magical experience of life. Whether this is your first baby or you have had traumatic birth experiences I am to change your experiences this time round.

A 4 day intense course on Hypnobirthing techniques ans developing confidence in birth. Utilising the world renowned skills learnt from the pioneer of Hypnobirthing Katherine Graves. The course will be 2 hours each day of for 4 days. You will learn to remove the fear and anxiety in birth and be in total control of your birth. Learning techniques for this birth and any births to come.
