Michelle Pankhurst – Malachite Birth Group

Hello, I’m Michelle, a hypnobirthing practitioner and birth educator. I have a first class Batchelor of Science honours degree in Psychology, and have worked in education for over ten years. All of my courses are evidence-based and rooted in Science. 

Birth is such a personal experience. My aim is for you to feel positive about your birth, no matter how or where you choose to have your baby. After completing one of my courses I would love for you to be excited about birth, but also feel calm enough to be able to trust yourself to ‘go with the flow’, whilst being equipped with the tools and birth education to be able to confidently navigate our maternity system and any decisions that you may be faced with. Two births could be identical on paper, but it is how you feel about your birth that really matters, that’s what defines a positive birthing experience to me.
