Location

My name is Giselle, I am a practising Midwife (BMid) and a qualified KG Hypnobirthing practitioner (DipHb(KG)). I was introduced to hypnobirthing as a student midwife and my interest has developed throughout my midwifery career. Despite what the name suggests, hypnobirthing is not stage hypnosis or hippy nonsense! I have found that the KG hypnobirthing technique encourages evidence based information, healthy scepticism and taking responsibility and control over your own birth.

I have found that women who practice hypnobirthing in pregnancy tend to have calmer, quicker and more comfortable experiences, whether the method of birth is a caesarean, instrumental or a normal delivery.

I provide these antenatal courses in the South Gloucestershire area, surrounding Wotton-Under-Edge.

Private Sessions:

Private sessions will include the 10 hour KG hypnobirthing course, conducted in the privacy of your own home on the dates and times that best suit your schedule. The total cost for this is £250.
