Hi, I’m Anna. I am a practising midwife, hypnobirthing instructor and mum! I set up Brood to help support people in their journeys to becoming parents. I see first hand in the birthing room and in the postnatal period how beneficial good antenatal preparation can be and I love being a part of it. I offer hypnobirthing antenatal classes in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. My course is split into 6 parts, all led by a midwife with a mixture of recorded and face to face sessions. They are based in Lincoln and Nettleham and soon to be commencing in Woodhall Spa. It includes all you need to know for hypnobirthing, preparation for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Location

My name is Anna and I have been a qualified midwife since 2011. I have had a varied midwifery career, starting in London and then moving to Oxford before finally settling in Lincoln, where I still work now. I feel very lucky to have been at hundreds of births both in the hospital and home setting. I am passionate about pregnancy and birth and I love seeing women empowered by their experience of becoming mothers. I believe the best way to facilitate this is through antenatal information and preparation. This is what has led to Brood Antenatal Course.

I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and I am a member of the Royal College of Nursing. I am a first aid trainer, I have a diploma in hypnobirthing with KG Hypnobirthing and I am a mum.

Courses are held at Central Wellness Yoga Studio and Nettleham Community Hub and times and dates vary depending on the course. Brood offers weekend courses and courses split over 4 weeks. Private classes are available and location and price can be arranged over the telephone. Class content is bespoke to you and can be delivered over teams if you live far away.
