Hello 💫 I am Katie and The Conscious Birthing Co is a dream of mine that I have brought to life. I have a passion for helping Women realise their power, inner strength and releasing those inhibitions. I am a fully trained KGhypnoborthing teacher and I have also completed my Birthing foundation assessment. Along with that I also have real life experience. I am the mother to 4 beautiful (a little crazy) children. I have given birth 4 times, unfortunately I didn’t use hypnobirthing with any. I lost my voice, control of my own body and believed I didn’t have a choice. Instead of dwelling on that, I’m now choosing to help other women to understand and be educated on all the information I wish I’d of known!
