Hi, I’m Vitória. I live in Manchester with my husband and our 2 babies under 2! I love being out in nature, going to the gym, practicing yoga and meditation! I began my Hypnobirthing journey in 2021 during my first pregnancy and from then on I knew I wanted to be involved in the birthing world! Alongside other therapies I offer, I am proud to be empowering women and birth partners to make informed decisions regarding their birth. I love to connect with people, listen and understand individual situations. I hope to support you throughout your pregnancy  and beyond! x
