Location

I am an experienced coach and mentor and founder of Sophrosyne Birth (formerly the Lovely Birth Company). I am fascinated by all things associated with pregnancy and birth. I am passionate about hypnobirthing and have seen first hand the incredible impact it can have.

Choosing the right hynobirthing course is important. We all have different needs, motivations and concerns. When I teach, my goal is to ensure that everyone in the course feels comfortable, relaxed and at ease so they can ask the questions they need, practice and get as much benefit from the course as possible. Regardless of whether you choose to attend a group course or invest in private sessions, I am here to support you throughout the course and beyond to ensure you continue to build confidence right up to the birth of your baby.

Based near Solihull, I offer both small group classes at a number of local venues across the West Midlands, Warwickshire areas or private sessions for those who prefer a more tailored, individual approach.
