Tanya Wardle – Maternity Holistic\’s

Hello, i’m Tanya, a practicing midwife working in the NHS since 2015 and a Mum of two boys. I am passionate about optimising the emotional wellbeing of women and couples during pregnancy, birthing and parenthood.

I set up and run Maternity Holistic’s, which offers birthing preparation, antenatal/postnatal relaxation and birth trauma resolution therapy – all courses and treatments recognises the impact of the mind and emotions – as well as the body – on the experience of pregnancy, birthing and parenthood.
