About Me

I'm a  Doula Canada certifying Labour and Birth Doula and a  KG Hypnobirthing Instructor specializing in supporting women and their partners through their pregnancy, labour and birth in Ontario, Canada. 

I offer KG Hypnobirthing Childbirth Education classes online, and via Skype Canada, USA, and Worldwide as well as in person to those living in Petawawa, Pembroke, and the Ottawa Valley in Ontario, Canada. 

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

KG Hypnobirthing is a complete in-depth antenatal training program, accredited by the UK Royal College of Midwives, designed to release fear and build confidence during birth. Canada has a very similar model of care to the UK and so the KGHyponobirthing teachings relate beautifully to expectant Canadian couples. It is simpler than other hypnobirthing methods out there & having tried it myself, I can say with experience that it works.
