Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Empowered Momma Hypnobirthing. My mission is to teach KGHypnobirthing classes so that all women, however they give birth, do so feeling empowered and positive. 

About Me: 

When I was pregnant with my first baby I was living in Abu Dhabi and I was searching for a natural, informative and empowering course to prepare me for birth and life as a Mom. I went to a taster session about Hypnobirth and I felt empowered and excited to birth my baby. So, I went home and convinced my partner that this was the course we needed to take. Fast forward 3 years and two EMPOWERED Hypnobirth’s later I still feel empowered and in awe of my body and my births. I feel  that I need to share Hypnobirthing with other moms. I completed my Hypnobirth Teacher training in Abu Dhabi. I am trained in KGHypnobirthing, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives in the UK. I was taught by Katherine Graves (the KG in the title) I have recently relocated to Essex County Ontario and am offering courses in this area. After I gave birth I felt like a warrior woman who could achieve anything. I believe this is how every Mother should feel. Every birth is different and the techniques, information and guidance learned on a Hypnobirthing course will help with all types of births. Hypnobirth provides the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions that will lead to the best birth for your baby. 

On the Hypnobirth course you will learn:

~Techniques to release fear

~An understanding about how our amazing bodies work

~How influential our mind can be and how modern society has shaped birth

~A clear role for the birth partner – the birth partner will learn to work as a team with the birthing Momma to support her needs

~Hypnobirthing enables a woman to work with her body, which is naturally designed to give birth.
