Claire Forshaw - Hypnobirthing with love

 

My name is Claire I am a mother to Willow, a loving partner, a meditation teacher, artist, hypnotherapist and I am a certified hypnobirthing coach.

Whilst I was pregnant with my daughter I stumbled across Hypnobirthing. I was attracted to its natural style. Breathing techniques and visualisations where something I was already familiar with and the idea of being able to birth naturally and manage my pain, well who wouldn’t want that! The biggest thing for me was that hypnobirthing gave me confidence in my own ability to birth and took away any anxieties, which like many, I had.

Originally from the UK I now live in Germany where I found it quite difficult to find an English speaking teacher. This is what brought me to training with KGHypnobirthing, qualifying as a teacher myself and creating Hypnobirthing with Love. I believe all women everywhere, should have hypnobirthing available to them so they to can have a safe and pleasurable birth filled with confidence.
