I am a birth and postnatal doula and a mother of two. I trained to become a doula a year after my second was born, and back in early 2018, I qualified as a KG hypnobirthing instructor.   I have extensive experience supporting mothers in a variety of birth settings and am committed to providing parents with the calm support and guidance they seek in order to make your birthing experience as positive as possible. My support is enhanced by my hypnobirthing tutoring and I have seen first hand how hypnobirthing contributes to better birth outcomes.
