HI I'm Jemma and I run Positive birth and beyond. The aim of Positive Birth and beyond is supporting women to have a relaxed, calm and positive birth and empowering families in parenthood.

Most importantly I want to give women a resource that enables them to have the right birth for them, supports and empowers them post birth and makes them feel positive about thier choices as a mother. 

I offer both private and group hypnobirthing courses and support to women after birth In South West London and Berkshire.
