Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy.
I'm Jemma Bailey a fully qualified KGHypnobirthing teacher and a hypnobirthing mother too.
I found hypnobirthing in May 2017 when I was a very anxious mum to be, who was literally terrified of the prospect of giving birth. One of my best friends recommend I tried hypnobirthing, so my husband and I reluctantly booked on to some sessions with a wonderful teacher Jules. 30 mins in I went from 'rabbit in the headlights' to a relaxed, chilled and empowered mother to be. With daily practice and support from my husband our daughter Henrietta arrived late August 2017, after a magical birthing experience; from the moment I held her in my arms I felt empowered as a mother.
The experience coupled with the tools I learnt in hypnobirthing have quite literally changed my life -as cheesy as it sounds, both my husband and I live a much more stress free, fulfilled life and we are calm, confident parents.
In early 2018 I decided that I wanted to share this experience with other women and support them through pregnancy and in motherhood too, so I qualified as a KGHypnobirthing teacher and have been supporting parents ever since

Courses
Group courses take place at my home, a short walk from Clapham Junction Station, alternatively private one-on-one sessions can be arranged in your own home either as four evening sessions of 2 hours or two 4 hour weekend sessions.
Refresher courses are available for parents who have already used KGHypnobirthing these take place over 2 two evenings or a 4 hour weekend session.
Included in the course price are reading materials, three relaxation audio tracks for at home practice, affirmation cards as well as my constant support up to and beyond birth.
Hypnobirthing is about working together - your birthing partner has a crucial role at all stages so it is vital they attend and practice with you.
