Hello, my name is Jo Tucker creator of Fearless Mother and I help people who are experiencing anxiety around giving birth. 

People who have a fear that birth is going to be just like every birth they’ve ever seen or heard about and they can’t bear the idea of having to go through that. 

I help people get over this fear and achieve confident, powerful, positive births. The absolute best birth for them and their baby.

This is important to me because I see the impact negative birth experiences have on people. The fact that people aren’t told straight away that they have a right to choose what they want and there is usually more than one option available.

The reason this needs to change now is because it has a huge impact on parents and their baby. Preparing for birth can completely change the outcome, no matter how baby decides to arrive. 

My role has evolved since my training to include 3 step rewind therapy for birth trauma and I am an active Birth Doula.
