About Me
I completed a BSc(Hons) in Applied Ecology and Conservation, followed by an MSc in Species Identification and Survey Skills. I worked as an Environmental Specialist for a few years, then I fell pregnant.
Constantly thinking what if something happens. Always reminded of the things that could go wrong, all aimed at preventing them from happening, but in my head I was thinking what if. Absolutely terrified of what could happen if I got anything wrong. If I wasn’t good enough.
Hypnobirthing gave me the strength I needed to get through my pregnancy and have a birth experience I am proud of. Because of that, I now teach Hypnobirthing to women who are experiencing the same thing 💖
I also get the absolute joy of being there for the birth of some of my clients as a Birth Doula. I am well and truly addicted to seeing mothers thrive 🥰
Why KG Hypnobirthing?

Baby Harry
We just thought we’d let you know that our beautiful baby boy was born on 29th April at 10:49pm and weighed 7lb 6oz.
I had him at home and had no drugs! (Just a lovely midwife massaging my back for hours) Which I am so proud of and having him at home was the best decision we made!
We are so glad we did your hypnobirthing course. Thank you! I was so calm (and so was Ben) and just focused on the task in hand and trusted my body could do it! Because I was calm it meant my baby was calm as well. The Midwives/ Ben kept saying how well I was doing and saying my baby is very happy, which kept me focused on my breathing.
Ben was my absolute rock and couldn’t of done it with out him. I think I underestimated him much I would rely on him for reassurance.
Thank you once again.

Baby Emily
I just wanted to let you know that our baby girl arrived safely on Wednesday morning at 11.01am weighing 8lb 2oz. Unfortunately we didn't get the home water birth that we had planned. I went into hospital early on Wednesday morning due to bleeding and as it was significant they understandably wanted to keep me in. However, the hypnobirthing techniques definitely helped me through the (very quick!) labour, especially the breathing and maintaining an upright position. I only needed some gas & air towards the end and we were in hospital for less than 12 hours in total. Alan was a great support too reminding me to breathe & relax and massaging my back, things that I don't think he would have known to do had we not taken your course. So far Emily has been a very calm baby too so I wonder if this is the hypnobirthing effect!
Thank you again for such a fantastic course, it was definitely worth it!
