About Me

As well as being a KGHypnobirthing teacher, I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and run my own practice in Wendover. 

When I am not working, I am busy looking after my two gorgeous daughters and my extremely nosy but loveable cat! 

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

KGHypnobirthing is a comprehensive and logical antenatal programme.  No matter what stage of pregnancy you are at, hypnobirthing can still be enormously beneficial, helping you and your partner feel prepared for your baby's arrival.

I sought Lucy’s help in the run up to the birth of my little girl because I had read about the power of hypnobirthing. I was keen to do something that wasn’t in a group situation too- something that would complement our NCT classes so the one-to-one nature of Lucy’s sessions were ideal.  

It was really helpful to run through the technicalities of birth alongside the strategies I could use to have a really positive experience. There’s so much to say which helped me, but I found the positive phrases and thought processes the most useful thing, as I practised these every day and really felt that by the time I gave birth, it was all a natural part of my thinking.
