A little about me.....
My name is Claire and I am a mother of three children, a practicing midwife and the founder of Baby Bird Midwifery Team, which offers unique additional midwifery services to families. I am a qualified KGHypnobithing facilitator and I can offer group classes at a local venue in locations of my clientele within Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas or private 1~1 sessions in the comfort in your own home, running at a relaxing pace.
You may wonder why.....
I became a midwife after having my 3 precious Children and as I soon found out what was good/poor care. I wanted to be ‘with woman’ providing exceptional care and compassion, while sharing the most exciting, but daunting at times, journey into motherhood and parenting with them; being their strong approachable advocate endeavouring to give families my very best care. My journey in wanting to become a hypnobirthing Instructor is simple, I wanted to assist women & partners wanting an additional tool to help them in pregnancy, labour & birth with feeling calm & confident in achieving the type of labour they wanted with positive results. I provide my education for you with common sense, humour and mixed teaching concepts which is adapted to any type of learner you are, while also explaining the ‘whys‘ of how things work. I believe this helps you understand why you are doing the things that is required easier.
