The KGHypnobirthing course offers a comprehensive antenatal education that provides you with the techniques and knowledge for a calm, confident and empowering birth. The course typically takes place over 3 sessions (which I can tailor to less or more according to your needs) and I currently offer these in the comfort of your own home at times to suit you.
