Hypnobirthing Cheshire - Teachers' Directory
My name is Laura and I'm a mum to a very energetic little boy. Originally from Glasgow, I now live in Cuddington with my husband and son.
After my own birth I decided I wanted to become a birth worker to advocate for mothers and help them to have the best birth experience possible.
Unfortunately I didn't know much about hypnobirthing until after my own birth experience. I fully believe my son's birth would have been a positive and happy experience if I had been a hypnobirthing mum rather than a traumatic one.
Now I am extremely happy and proud to call this my job and I can't wait to support lots of future mums in having a calm, positive and happy birth.
I’m Kat former 121 mother and midwife assitant, currently working in the NHS supporting the health visitors teams.
I have 3 children, personally had 2 home births and used kg hypnobirthing 3rd time around after being part of such wonderful outcomes at work. I fully believe In the power the mind has on us and that we need to take time for self care. Education is a passion of mine along with women centred care. Parenting is hard work and amazing all at the same time. I have many years breastfeeding support and parenting support and want to keep using these skills to support and empower more families.
Hi my name is Danielle and I'm based in Hartford, Cheshire. I have 3 children and I am a registered midwife working for the NHS. As a midwife I have witnessed first-hand how fear increases pain and has a negative effect on birth. To enable a positive empowering birth experience, you need to alleviate your fear and learn to trust your body and baby.
As a midwife I have supported many women and their birth partners during labour and birth, both in hospital and at home. I can honestly say in my experience those using hypnobirthing regardless of the birth they have experienced, have had a calmer, more controlled and positive experience than those who haven’t. I'm passionate about giving women the opportunity to take control and have a positive birth experience, as this is one of the most special times in our lives that is never forgotten. Hypnobirthing is such a powerful tool, it really isn't weird or out there as some may think. It's just teaching knowledge and relaxation techniques, to give you the birth you deserve.
I'm a registered KGHypnobirthing practitioner, and a specialist pregnancy, postnatal and kids yoga teacher. I'm based on the Wirral and run face-to-face courses from a local yoga studio, as well as offering a one-to-one service in the comfort of your own home or online via Zoom.

Why Choose a Hypnobirth?
Hypnobirthing is a recognised method of natural childbirth which promotes a far more calm birthing through the teaching of hypnosis techniques to relax the mother. This reduces the likelihood of intervention through pain relief and also results in a more relaxed, less stressed, baby.
All of the teachers have trained in an RCM accredited KG Hypnobirthing Teacher Training and have been assessed prior to receiving accreditation from us, to ensure they meet the highest standards we demand of all our practitioners. This ensures they are highly experienced in teaching hypnobirthing methods to expectant mothers, so you can feel you are in very safe hands.
