About Me

I am a mum of 3 boys who teaches KG Hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga, and mum and baby postnatal yoga.  I also teach adult yoga and meditation.

I first started as a birth worker after the birth of my sons in the late 1990s.  KGHypnobirthing wasn't around then, but through education and relaxation, I had some really wonderful experiences of birth.  And since then I have been passionate about helping couples to find their way through the maze of appointments and hospital protocols to help them also have an amazing birth, to find their power, their knowledge and their confidence.

It will support you towards an empowered, gentle and calm birth.  It will provide education, relaxation, and build your confidence to ask questions, to be clear about what you want for your birth, how to adapt as necessary if things don't go exactly to plan, and still have a wonderful birth.  It will help you to believe in your body and the knowledge it has to give birth, and to understand your baby's part in this process too.
