About Me
April has two children which she birthed using hypnobirthing to feel calm and empowered throughout. Since then she has a passion to educate women about positive birth. She hosts regular hypnobirthing classes, pregnancy yoga classes, works one to one with couples. She hosts a monthly positive birth groups every 1st Tuesday of the month at her cafe in Congleton, Cheshire.
April also leads blessingway ceremonies for women which are ceremonies which honour the mother during pregnancy. She also offers many postnatal classes and closing of the bones ceremony (a postnatal massage).
