Welcome to 'My Chester Hypnobirth', our small company offer group and 1-2-1 hypnobirthing classes in and around Chester.
I am a midwife working in the NHS and a part time student working towards my Masters in Maternal and Women's Reproductive Health. I am passionate about helping parents have a calm and enjoyable pregnancy, labour and birth. I became interested in hypnobirthing after working with couples who used the techniques in labour and saw how calm and gentle they made their labour and birth look. Completing the KGH course taught me how to teach expectent parents to achive a labour and birth they want. It is logical, and it works!
We offer the full 10-12 hour course in and around Chester, and ongoing support throughout pregnancy in the lead up to your babys arrival, with the option of a postnatal meet up too.
