About Me

I am a mum of two, pregnancy birth obsessive and fierce feminist. 

I've been supporting women for over a decade, and continue to be driven by the fire in my belly to support women and empowering them to create lives that they love.

After coaching women for years, I discovered hypnobirthing in the midst of the pandemic when I joined the world of early motherhood. It was a steep learning curve and felt like a lightbulb moment.

I was so excited to train and share this experience-altering knowledge with more people.

Now I work with parents as a ‘one stop shop’, offering services from bump and beyond from the all important pregnancy days through to creating better balance and boundaries in their lives once little ones arrive.

I’m based in Stockport but work all over the North West (and my online courses are of course, national!)

I am very proud of being a Northern based birth worker and coach.

'The course gives you so much information about your own rights with how you want the birth to go, what you can chose to have consent with. It reframes your mind from feeling fear to feeling ready! I just loved the sessions in general with Hannah! I particularly liked the factual side as it’s something I’m very interested in generally. I found the breathing techniques really beneficial as I’m somebody who struggles with anxiety, they have already helped me be able to take a breath in sticky situations with hospital appointments I’ve recently had!
