About Me

I am an experienced midwife who has worked both independently and within the NHS. I currently practice as a community midwife in the West, so I have first hand knowledge of the current issues and practice within our local maternity service. This enables you to feel fully informed about your options and choices, and how to ensure you will feel well supported during your labour and birth within the maternity unit or at home. I have experience of supporting women to birth their babies using hypnosis not only when things are progressing smoothly but also when additional support is required such as induction, which enables me to give you a fully rounded antenatal preparation.

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

I studied with Dr Michel Odent in 2005 and KGHypnobirthing integrates the science behind the physiology of birth with practical techniques that women in the 21st century can use. It is evidenced based which is important to me as a midwife and the training is accredited by the RCM. It is up to date, with real integrity that serves women beautifully to prepare for the birth of their baby.
