I have worked in complementary therapies for over 20 years and also offer training.
I work full time in my small studio just on the outskirts of Durham with free parking.
I specialise in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal treatments including massage, reflexology, exercise, relaxation and meditation and gentle exercise as well as using the rebozo.

Courses
I run classes on demand and will always accommodate your needs. Most people like to book a weekend but I can easily divide the time between evening sessions if you prefer.
One day class of 6 hours

I run these on demand any day of the week, for ease of planning ahead. However, if the dates are not good for you and your birthing partner and you would prefer different days or to divide them into shorter sessions then this can be arranged also.
