I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a midwife with over 20 years experience. I am fully comitted to supporting women to achieve a birth experience that they can look back on with positivity and joy. A good birth experience empowers parents to meet the many challenges a new baby brings with confidence. Whilst it is not possible to promise anyone a perfect birth, as some events are beyond our control, I will support you to develop the skills and positive mindset that will help you to embrace your baby's birth so you are able to meet your baby feeling calm and confident and in control. Giving birth is a major life event and is a period of your life that you will remember forever, the KG Hypnobirthing course increases the chances that you will be remembering your birth experience for all of the right reasons. Why KG Hypnobirthing?
The full KG Hypnobirthing course is approximately 12 hours long and is held in a welcoming and friendly environment that gives ample time for participants to learn about their pregnancy, the options that they have available to them and empowers them to be able to make the correct choices for them so that they can choose truly individualised care that reflects their hopes and wishes.
Participants of the course are provided with the KG Hypnobirthing Book, Colour and Calmness CD or MP3 download as well as course handouts to support the home practice sessions.
