My name is Hanna, I am a trained chef, youth worker, grower of vegetables and mother to Rudy-Rae.
Hypnobirthing had a very positive impact on my pregnancy, birth and journey into motherhood. I am passionate about supporting women and their own transition into motherhood. Please feel free to get in touch to chat over any thoughts about doing the course.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KGH is based on current evidence, there is an amazing team behind it all making sure it is always up to date and the best it can be. The training I was given is accredited by the British Midwives Association, proving its at the top of its game. The course beautifully balances the Hypno side - working with relaxations to calm your body and mind, and the Birth side - the physiological journey your body takes, as well as exploring all of the potential routes, and what your choices are along the way. It also provides an excellent support for the partner, giving them many tools to use in order to be an active participant and an incredible support for the mother.

Courses
Currently I’m running private courses in either your home or mine. The course is approx 10 hours which we can split into 4 evening sessions over the space of a month.
I am flexible though so please get in touch if you’d like to discuss different options.
The course is £275.
I also offer a weekend course, based at my house in Plymouth. We will do the course 10am-3pm both days and I will cook you nutritious and delicious meals. You will have plenty of time to relax, explore wonderful Plymouth or just curl up in front of the fire and snooze.
This is £450.
