About Me
In 2007, I gave birth to my daughter using Hypnobirthing following my own course with the inspirational Katharine Graves herself. It was my own life-changing, positive birth experience then which led me to change career direction and bring the benenfits of Hypnobirthing to Bournemouth.
In 2010, as well as passing my hypnotherapy diploma with distinction, I qualified to teach Hypnobirthing. I haven't looked back since then and love helping expectant parents on their journey to calm labour and birth for themselves and their babies.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?

Courses
Small, group courses are held in the summer house at the bottom of my garden. All materials, 12 hours of classes, MP3s, drinks and refreshments are included.
**4 month interest-free payment terms available when arranged at the time of booking.**
Investment per mum/couple:
Midweek daytime courses = £205
Group courses taking place in the evenings and/or weekends = £245
One-to-one courses can take place in the comfort of the couple's own home or at my residential practice = £330.
Hypnobirthing Holidays are also available for those out of the area who wish to combine their antenatal preparation with a few days by the sea in Bournemouth or Poole. One-to-one costs apply (excludes accommodation which I can help you arrange).
