About Me
Hello, my name is Hollie. I am a primary school teacher and mother of two boys and have lived in Brighton for 10 years. I discovered Hypnobirthing when I became pregnant with my second child. My first experience of childbirth left me feeling confused and powerless. This birthing thing was not for me, I thought. Then I got pregnant again! I decided to take the bull by the horns this time as it had to be different. And it was! My husband and I completed a hypnobirthing course which transformed our understanding of childbirth and our mindset. As a result, I had a wonderful and empowering experience of labour and birth. It gave us a whole new perspective on what childbirth is and what it can be. I have since become passionate about supporting women and their partners to create their very own positive birth stories.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KGHypnobirthing is a Royal College of Midwives accredited hypnobirthing course; a complete antenatal birth preparation education. It is designed to help you release fear and build confidence in the run up to your baby's birth and during labour.
