As well as being a KGHypnobirthing teacher I am also a mother, midwife, doula and massage therapist.
I am passionate about helping women and their partners have a positive and empowering transition to motherhood.

Why KG Hypnobirthing?
As a practising midwife it is important to me that the hypnobirthing course I offer complements my existing knowledge and skills. The KGHypnobirthing teacher training course is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
Having encountered many women using various hypnobirthing methods, I knew KGH was effective. The course itself was inspirational and I knew I had chosen the right one for me and my clients!

Next available weekend courses (Sat and Sun 10am - 12:30pm approx) commencing:

Monthly weekend group courses (maximum 5 couples).
Weekday evening courses available- please contact me.
Each course consists of four 2.5 - 3hour sessions either over 2 or 4 weekends (i.e. Sat and Sun for 2 weekends or Sat for 4 weekends). Evening courses can similarly be held over 2-4 weeks depending on availability and demand.
Courses held in various locations in Rayleigh and Southend. All course resources included in price.
Group courses £250 per couple
Individual courses £350 per couple (usually shorter sessions)
