About Me
For over 24 years I have had the privilege of working with many women, supporting them through conception, pregnancy and in a post-natal capacity. I have also worked with new mothers and their babies immediately after their births. I am so excited to now be able to teach KGHypnobirthing, I know that the knowledge and information that unfolds during the course will be invaluable to the parents and to the baby. The skills they learn will enable them to have the most empowering birth and the effects of the course will continue to blossom through their relationship and the rest of their lives. I am a fully qualified Cranio Sacral Therapist, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, Shiatsu Practitioner and KGHypnobirthing Teacher. I have three grown up children. I am empathetic have a great sense of humour and am a home maker too.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KGHypnobirthing is the home of Hynobirthing, and it works. It is a complete ante-natal training programme which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. There is also a huge network of support available to parents too.

Courses
Courses are available to book from 19th November 2018. They can be booked in a private capacity or I can arrange group sessions if there is enough demand. The dates can be flexible but usually they are done over 4 sessions (each session lasting between 2 and half hours - 3 hours) Total Course Time is usually 12 hours.
