Maternity Retreat provide midwife-led antenatal and KG Hypnobirthing classes and retreats designed to empower women throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.I provide one-to-one and group classes in Central London and the Cotswolds.

About Me
I'm a registered midwife with a passion for holistic education for women and their families. As a midwife I understand the importance of educating women and their partners about pregnancy, labour and birth. I enjoy empowering couples to make informed decisions about their care, explaining the risks, benefits and alternatives in order to support them in whatever choices they make. This passion for educating and empowering women inspired me to train as a KGHpnobirthing teacher.
I support women to give birth wherever, whenever and whatever way that might be. I hope to use my skills and knowledge as a registered midwife to promote the KGHypnobirthing philosophy to help women let go of any fear, assumptions and preconceptions of birth and through practice, build their confidence so that they can simply let their body do what it’s designed to do and give birth calmly, confidently and positively.
