I am Carla Garner, I live in Hampshire and have a grown up daughter and two step-children. As well as being a Hypnobirthing teacher, trained by Katharine Graves at the Hypnobirthing Centre, I have been a Hypnotherapist (DIP. I HIP) since 2005 and am a member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register).
My background has been in complementary therapies and I have been a massage therapist since 1993, specialising in acupressure, Reiki and healing. From 2003-2009 I was trained by and then taught meditation and self- awareness courses at the school of Insight and Intuition in Richmond. From 2009- 2013 I became a trustee for the Iris Trust, a charity which implements mindfulness courses for women who have suffered from domestic violence.
