Hello I’m Rosy, mother and qualified KGHypnobirth practitioner.
In creating A Rosy Hypnobirth, my aim is to help, support, and equip you with the tools to have the best birth for you, however that birth looks.
I had an incredibly empowering hypnobirth and found the techniques so beneficial throughout my pregnancy. I knew I wanted to help more people have that empowering experience.

Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KG (Katherine Graves) Hypnobirthing is the original UK Hypnobirthing course, specifically designed for mothers in the UK. It is a complete antenatal programme, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
The KGHypnobirthing gives you a clear understanding of what your body is doing during labour and birth. You will learn what to expect at each stage and what you and your birth partner can usefully do during these stages.
KGHypnobirthing also teaches you the tools to really relax and release any fears you may have about labour and birth using a variety of techniques.

Courses
I offer private KGHypnobirthing courses in the comfort of your own home. The full course is approximately 10 hours of teaching, usually divided over 4 x 2.5 hour sessions at a mutually agreed time.
