After getting pregnant with my son, I found myself fascinated with all things birth. I didn't really know much about birth at the time. My beliefs were based on TV shows like Call the Midwife and One Born Every Minute. Then I came across hypnobirthing and it changed everything. My husband and I had a 1-on-1 course from a KGH teacher and everything made complete logical sense and just felt "right". I feel like the course gave us not only a positive birth, but a positive pregnancy and start to parenthood.

I've never looked back since and I'm really passionate about spreading the message and encouraging other women and couples to give hypnobirthing a try.
