Hey! Im Anna and I run Lola Bear Hypnobirthing. I am a radiographer, a Mum of two and a hypnobirthing teacher. I run regular taster sessions and courses on Zoom. I used KG hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my daughter Lola, and it transformed my attitude towards birth. I had Lola at home and it was incredible, I was in crotrol, calm and strong. I am a huge advocate of home births, but hypnobirthing works no matter where you give birth.
