I trained as a Hypnotherapist and when we came to the part about Hypnobirthing, a light went on in my head, I searched for ages to find the best course and then found about Katharine Graves. I was in heaven, so decided I would apply for the course.
Being a mother to one who is now 27, I understand the importance of having a birthing experience that you will remember for the rest of your life.
In my spare time I love nothing more than walking my dog and reading about therapies and updating my skills.
