My name is Jessica Warne and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and hypnobirth teacher based in Hampstead, London.

I have worked supporting families in the antenatal and postnatal period for over a decade and still wake up with a smile on my face every day, feeling extremely privileged to be able to work with families during this precious and exciting time.

I am an antenatal educator, hypnobirth teacher and I am clinical hypnotherapist specialising in working with mothers during the perinatal period.

I utilise my skills as a clinical hypnotherapist and my experience in the perinatal mental health field, to provide hypnobirth courses that uniquely encourages preparation for the postnatal period alongside birth.

I am utterly passionate about ensuring couples have a smooth and positive transition to becoming parents. I aim to encourage active participation in my group courses and private classes, to enable both partner and birthing mother to feel informed, positive and confident as they continue their journey towards the birth of their child.

I am also the founder and former CEO of the successful perinatal mental health charity 'Cocoon Family Support'. Alongside my private practice I offer my hypnobirth courses to service users of the charity. I do this as utilising the skills hypnobirthing provides has been proven to lessen the risk of birth trauma and support those with pre-exisitng anxiety to have a positive birth experience.

I very much look forward to meeting you and working together to create a positive, natural birth experience for your family

I am a mother of three and a birth geek, living and working in North London. I am passionate about childbirth and helping women and their partners find the confidence to have the best birth for them.

I am a qualified antenatal, hypnobirthing and Active Birth teacher. I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Couples Yoga and Preparation for Birth workshops. As a doula, I have first-hand experience of supporting mothers and their partners through all kinds of births.

I have spent a long time taking the best bits of all my training and creating classes that will give women the best chance of a straightforward birth. By understanding the body and the physiology of birth, a lot of the fear that surrounds childbirth is removed and women are empowered to believe in themselves and their bodies’ abilities to birth their babies. By being active in labour, using yoga, and utilising the power of their breath, women can find childbirth more manageable.

From my experience of having children and from attending births, I understand how important the birth partner role is, and I nurture that throughout my classes.

I don’t believe in striving for a particular type of birth. Birth, like parenthood, is completely unpredictable so I encourage women to think about all eventualities. Ultimately I want to help you birth with confidence and feel positive about your labour, however your baby is born.

I understand how good support during labour and birth, of both the woman and her partner can make their birth more positive.

I have studies level 3 (access course) and level 4 of the NCT and University of Worcester Birth and Beyond Foundation Degree and have completed the Doula pathway and the Antenatal and Postnatal New baby, new family pathways.

I am a qualified NCT Antenatal practitioner and am currently training to be a Hands on Baby Massage and Baby Yoga instructor.

I have also completed training in Aromatherapy in Childbirth.

Hello, I’m Kathryn Athill, hypnobirthing practitioner, early years teacher and mother to two young boys. I am based in South East London.

I first discovered hypnobirthing when I became pregnant with my second son and soon became obsessed! It all just made sense. I feel so impassioned about hypnobirthing and the benefits it has to a woman both pre and postnatally so much so that I  trained as a hypnobirthing teacher with KGHypnobirthing.

Hi, I'm Lucy,

I'm a mum of three with a passion for birth and babies. All three of my babies were KGHypnobirthing births (although different experiences). I think all women should be able to go into their birth with a good understanding of what is happening, what is likely to happen and with techniques at their disposal to ensure they have the most calm and positive experience possible. I am also currently a trainee Breastfeeding Counsellor with the ABM.

In my younger years I studied social anthropology (and archaeology) at Cambridge University, travelled and lived abroad - including in New York City, trained as a massage therapist, and spent many years as a Communications / PR professional. I am a big fan of chocolate, tea, murder mysteries, walking on the beach and Netflix.

I'm based in Hackney, East London and live with my husband and my son (7) and daughter (almost 4).  I had been wanting to teach hypnobirthing for years and finally in March 2020 I decided to take the plunge.  In April 2020 Hackney Hypnobirthing was born- absolutely all puns intended.

My classes are straightforward, supportive and fun.

As they're are currently exclusively via Zoom they come from home to yours, wherever that may be... and the best bit?  No need to travel anywhere -  dial in from bed and wear your pyjamas if you like... Lots of my clients do!

I first discovered yoga through a book in my parents home when I was about 10 years old. Oh how easy it was to go straight into lotus pose at that age! My practice since then has by no means been constant, but yoga, breathing and movement have always been a persevering presence and interest in my life. In the past 4/5 years I have been consolidating my knowledge and looked into digging deeper in the undeniably powerful effects and benefits of being able to connect with your breathing, as well as understanding more how your body works and how you can help shape not only your muscles but also you mind and thoughts. That is why I have combined courses that helped educate me from different perspectives, and I would like to help you achieve your personal goals, whether just getting fitter, less stressed, more active or to guide you through your pregnancy or even help you kick a bad habit. All through some guided techniques, exercises and routines that suit your lifestyle and goals.

Hypnobirthing London

Hypnobirthing produces effective, more stress-free childbirth to the mother and baby through the use of hypnosis methods to create relaxation.  Our teachers are here to teach and support you, so that you can achieve this relaxation during your birthing for you and your baby.

Countrywide Membership

We have teachers throughout Central London and Greater London, which means that wherever you live in the capital, you should be able to find someone who can support you and teach you hypnobirthing techniques for when you give birth.  Each of them has been trained and assessed by us, so you can rest assured that whoever you choose, you will receive the best levels of support possible.  If you wish to join a course with Katharine Graves she teaches once a month at St Thomas' Hospital.  You can find out more details about her London Hypnobirthing classes here.

Our Core Principles

Each of our teachers also adheres to our code of practice, embracing ethics and best practice when teaching natural childbirth techniques, to enhance birthing for mothers.  We also ask them to promote hypnobirthing and natural childbirth, if they do not do so already, to help make it a more widespread choice for a mother and to become more widely understood, generally.

Click on the number or map pin in the area you live in to show your nearest teacher.
