After having prepared a hypnobirth and given birth to my first baby at home, I became fascinated with the birth process and the power of a woman's body. Coming from Spain, where giving an epidural to mums is part of a routine and cesarean rates are high, I didn't know how empowering giving birth could be.
I thank KG Hypnobirthing for opening my eyes and help me discover this passion in me. Now I want every possible woman to have the amazing experience and joy I had when giving birth to Arthur. I want women to come through birth empowered and remember it for life as one of their happiest moments. I want couples to work together on this and be prepared for birth and to have the best outcome. You owe it to yourselves.
