I'm a mother of four and I teach hypnobirth in group classes and also one to one.
I'm also a doula and support women (and their partners) through pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal period.
I offer a full range of services: from KGHypnobirthing classes, to normal birth preparation classes, aromatherapy for childbirth, mizan therapy massage, doula services, postnatal help as well as breastfeeding support.
KGHypnobirthing program is a complete antenatal education program exploring deep breathing relaxations, birth video, empowering birth statements and visualisations techniques. It gives you and your partner an insight into what choices you can make during your pregnancy and labour as well as the immediate postnatal period.
Empowering women and their partners and feeling more in control are the two main advantages of doing a KGH course.
