As a midwife and childbirth educator I bring the combination of my many years experience to you, so you can learn some simple techniques that will make a difference to your birthing and parenting.
Hello! I'm Kate, a Practising Midwife, KGHypnobirthing teacher and mum of 2. I'm also a reflexologist and am based in North London. I offer bespoke private KGHypnobirthing courses in your own home. I am passionate about educating women about their birth choices and helping you achieve the best birth for you! I love meeting new people and really value the difference positivity makes to our lives!
Love, Support and trust. I believe every woman has the right to be supported by a friend. With her birth journey and with her new family. Someone to listen to, to understand her situation and to reflect her emotions.
My name is Liat and I am a mother to 3 beautiful girls. When I had my first baby I was washed over with lots of love and care for this tiny creature. I rediscovered myself and I felt like motherhood is my job, my profession. I couldn’t wait longer and when my eldest was 2.5 years old I had my second daughter. From family of 3 we became family of 4 and after 4 years we had one more addition to our family and I became proud mother of 3.
I know that birth is an emotional experience. It is the most happy, exciting and scary moment in our life.
My offer to you is a completely exclusive ongoing support during pregnancy. I will be available for you from 38 weeks (or earlier as per your needs), face to face, texts, WhatsApp, emails…
I will do my best to make sure you feel safe and confident in any way you choose.
When it’s time, I will be entirely with you. I will help you stay calm and feel loved and support. After birth I will meet you again at your home, making sure you and your family are taken care of.
Postnatal Care, it doesn’t matter if you are a first or a third time mum, you still need support! I am offering my experience as a mum of 3, helping you and your family to bond and recover from your amazing experience.
My care will be whatever you need including breastfeeding support, cooking you hot meal, rubbing your feet and babysitting your baby so you could shower and rest.
Birth preparation I also offer birth preparation in your convenient place like your home. Some parents only need a short session to remind them how birth starts, what to do in every stage, positions, breathing and more.
KGHypnobirthing I am excited to offer a KGHypnobirthing class. KGHypnobirthing is life changing for every woman.
I will be very honoured to help you try to get there.
I believe in good energy and a good connection.
A mum to a lovely little girl-eager to spread the word on Hypnobirthing.
I am a trained and qualified cognitive behavioural therapist, counsellor, doula, KGHypnobirthing teacher and reiki teacher/trainer.
I have worked in the U.K and Australia for 12 years, working in private practise, holistic health centres, charities and the National Health Service (NHS).
After having my son and finding KGHypnobirthing such a strong support for me in pregnancy and during my birth, I wanted to become a KGHypnobirthing teacher and provide this gift to other parents.
I'm Andrea Halvorsen, qualified KGHypnobirthing teacher, trained on a course recognised by the Royal College of Midwives, and laboratory technician with several years experience in clinical laboratories. I’m a science person, that’s why hypnobirthing ticked all the boxes for me. Let me explain further: hypnobirthing is about body functions and the power that our mind has over them, I am talking about hormones, muscles and the way our bodies have been designed to give birth naturally.
I’m mother to 3 awesome girls and I’ve been through 3 different births: medicated, non-medicated but traumatic and a blissful hypnobirthing with my third. I wish I had come across hypnobirthing earlier but I am grateful that I had the chance to experience such an empowering birth. I really believe that hypnobirthing can make a difference to any birth and that every woman, baby and partner deserve to have a positive birth experience. That is why I decided to train as a hypnobirthing teacher and create Positive Mama.
