Hi! I'm Adina, KG Hypnobirthing mum and teacher. Having used the KGH techniques for the births of two of my children and seeing how amazingly it works, I decided to qualify as a teacher and share my passion for all things KGH. Inspire and preparing other mums and dads during pregnancy and birth is something I love and find incredibly rewarding. I am focusing mainly on private sessions at the moment and am happy to travel (but not exclusively!) to Edgware, Hendon, Golders Green, Borehamwood, Bushey, Radlett and surrounding areas.
